Multi-tenant SaaS for auto repair shops (formerly Vulcano).

My role

Lead frontend developer: 944 of 1,131 commits on the web app, plus the mechanics' mobile app.

The problem

Repair shops track orders, quotes and vehicles in notebooks and chats. CarX centralizes operations: intake, service orders, quotes, calendar, reports and an app for mechanics. It was piloted at a real shop.

Highlights

  1. 01Domain-based multi-tenancy, role dashboards (admin, shop manager) and an ES/EN landing page.
  2. 02Orders, quotes, per-client services, vehicles, calendar, revenue reports (ApexCharts) and CSV import.
  3. 03Frontend integration with the AI module (LangChain, built by the tech lead) that auto-generates a work order's services, plus an assistant chat.
  4. 04Mechanics app in React Native/Expo with push notifications, SecureStore and a service timer.
